I just watched this episode, and I don't think I could even tell you what happened. Or what the monster was.
Sam has his soul back. No one told him, but he knew something was up so he got it out of Castiel. There was an excalibur style sword and a virgin hunting monster.
I miss the Supernatural that I fell in love with, the ones that were scary. So the first half of the first season. I thought the introduction of Angels was a good thing, a nice twist and a good balance. But the angels seemed to be just as bad as the demons and I am slowly losing interest.
